Inks Notary Service offers reduced fees for established regular clients. Also, I offer invoice billing to established business clients. Inks Notary Service provides a FREE Handling Service for forwarding client-signed documents with client provided pre-paid, and pre-printed FedEx envelope. If the client needs to forward notarized documents without pre-paid/pre-printed envelope, I will mail for a $20 handling charge per address, plus carrier cost .
